Are these gifts handmade or machine made?
Gifts manufactured at Panchatatva are completely handmade. Artisans design products on the computer which are taken shape in the manufacturing unit by skilled labour. Procedures involved are hand cutting of raw materials, carving, smoothening of wood, polishing, painting and final touch up
Would the actual product differ from the image displayed on the website?
Products made out of Railway Sleeper Wood, Teak Wood, Babool Wood, Neem Wood and Twigs would definitely differ, as these are natural wood and no two pieces would be the same. Natural wood pieces differ in texture, shape, colour and thickness, hence resulting in differences in the product. However, at Panchatatva, we try to maintain the artistic look of the product. Products which are made out of MDF Wood would never differ in dimensions since they are always cut to size.
Are the actual products as vibrant / dull as displayed on the website?
All Monitors and LCDs are calibrated differently. Due to this reason there may be some colour difference in the actual product as seen on the website
Is the colourful Background behind the products, a part of the product?
NO, these are not a part of the product and are not couriered along with the product. These are digital images used to enhance the look of the website and no way these can be ordered.
Are these gift items water-proof and can they be put in exteriors?
These gift items are not water proof, however you may request on the email for a water proof item. By changing the wood to a seasoned wood, the item would become water proof, but the design and colour of the item may differ.
Are there any extra charges for water proof items?
Since we change the wood to seasoned water proof wood, extra charges are applicable. These charges are variable and differ from product to product. An email correspondence is advised for the same.
Can these gifts be customised or personalized as per our requirement?
At Panchatatva, we provide the facility to customise and personalise every item that is displayed on the website. You need to send us a request through mail with the product code and the details of the customisation or personalised message. A personalised message can be put on the product, however we neither put the same at the back nor by inserting an inlay card with the product. Our team will get back to you with the desired information regarding the same. You can send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line "Customised Requirement".
How may customised computerised designs do you provide?
A maximum of 2 customised computerised designs are sent to you by email.
For Name Plate orders, where do we input the name change that we require?
If the length of the name change is within the default no. of alphabets for the name plate design, you can book your order online. After booking your order, a system generated confirmation mail will be sent to you, kindly reply to the mail and send us the name change that you require for the name plate.
What if our name exceeds the default no. of alphabets for a name plate design?
If the name exceeds the default no. of alphabets for a name plate design, kindly do not book your order online. We request you to send us an email mentioning the product code and the name change, we will then send you the design along with the updated price and the order process.
How to maintain and clean these gift items?
There are two simple steps involved in cleaning these gift items. Firstly dust has to be removed by using soft clean brush, followed by cleaning the item by using a soft damp cotton cloth. Periodic cleaning is recommended for longer life of the items.
How to fix these wall hangings?
We provide hooks behind every wall hanging. Screw needs to be put in the desired area where you need to put up the wall hanging and it can then be hung easily.
Do you give consultation on which wall hanging looks best for our interiors?
Our team of experienced designers and artists would certainly give their advice to what would go best as per your interiors. They require certain basic information about the wall colour, clear wall dimensions, area of the room, concept required, furniture color, etc. Once we receive the above information by email, we would give our expert suggestions on the same. Sharing a photograph of the room, if possible, makes us visualize the room even better.
Do you visit on-site to give consultation?
We do not visit personally on-site and understand your requirement. However if the details are mailed to us, we suggest accordingly. You can even consult us over the phone.
If we order an item online, could it be delivered to our friends/relatives in INDIA?
We have been getting numerous requests from outside INDIA to deliver our gift items to their loved ones in INDIA. We are catering to these kinds of requests to deliver our gift items to your loved ones. We also have a special category of gifts by the name - SEND GIFTS TO INDIA
Do you appoint Resellers or Distributors for your products?
It is easy to become a reseller of Panchatatva products. All you need to do is mail us the complete information on how are you going to market our products in your city / country, with information on your existing business, company, address, contact details and email address. We will then get back to you with the detailed information on the procedures we follow for you to become a reseller.
How do I order Bulk quantities on your site?
Our website is currently designed for selling single qty units online. In case you need to order bulk quantities of a particular design, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line as Bulk Enquiry
Do you give special rates for ordering bulk quantities?
We do provide special rates for orders which are in bulk quantities for a particular design. You could send us an email with product code, quantity in units and place of delivery, and our team will get back with all the related information.
Does your company's sales executive visit us personally for bulk orders?
Our business module is completely online and we do not send sales executives for bulk enquiries. However, once we receive a bulk enquiry, we communicate all the product details and bulk pricing on the email. You may then choose to order a sample of the product before ordering, or prefer to visit our studio by a prior appointment to discuss further details on the same.
Would you arrange a product display in our company for bulk requirements?
We do not arrange a display of our products to companies. You may communicate with us through email for your requirement of gifts.
Do you provide company branding on the product?
Company branding is only provided for Corporate gifts and is for a min quantity of 100 pcs. Depending on the branding required, there would be an extra charge which would be added to the product cost.
How long does it take to manufacture single unit gift item?
The manufacturing time for a single unit gift item is about 3-5 working days. But due to the work load of ongoing orders, we take 10-15 working days to dispatch the item from our unit. Depending on the city and country to which it has to be delivered, it takes additional days to reach your doorstep.
Do you have any policy for Refund or Exchange of the product ordered?
We do not have any policy for refund or exchange of the product ordered.
Will you give a replacement of the product if it gets damaged in transit?
If the logistic service has been provided by Panchatatva, we would definitely send a replacement of the same product if it reaches you in a damaged condition. All you need to do is send us a photograph of the damaged item along with order details and we will re-process it. You would not be liable to pay a single penny for the same. Any complaints mailed to us after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted and replacement of the same would not be given. As per our company policy, you will not be entitled to change the product as a replacement product; you would be delivered with the same product that you had ordered.
Do I have to pay any other extra charge for shipping?
While checking out of the shopping cart, you will be displayed with product price and shipping price as per the delivery address.
Are there any hidden charges except the charges mentioned on the website?
There are no hidden cost as far as the product is concerned, however at the time of delivery, if there are any taxes or liabilities or charges payble to the goverment or any other authority of body such as Octroi etc, that will be charged to you directly either by Panchatatva or by the courier company delivering the product to you.
Is there Octroi Charges applicable in Pune?
Since Pune falls under the Octroi Zone, there will be Octroi charges applicable. However this will be charged to you directly either by Panchatatva or by the courier company delivering the product to you. If it is paid by the courier company, you need to pay the amount only upon receiving of the paid government duty/taxes receipt by the courier delivery boy.
Do you incorporate personal messages at the back of the product?
We do not write or incorporate any personal messages at the back of the product or along the product. However we do personalise the product by personal message on the front side of the product which comes as a part of the product and not seperately. In case you need to personalise a product, you need to send a seperate email with the required personalisation on email@example.com
Do you provide gift wrapping of the product?
We do not provide gift wrapping of the product. We pack the product in air bubble roll & corrugated sheet and dispatch the product.
After ordering how much time does it take to deliver the product?
We do not keep stock of our products, these are manufactured after you place an order. It takes minimum 12-15 Working days to manufacture 1 single unit item and a couple more days for courier depending on the location of delivery. For International deliveries outside INDIA, it may take upto 7 working days to deliver the product. However during festive seasons of Diwali, New Year etc, we may take upto 3 weeks to manufacture the product. In case you require the product within a particular time period, kindly email us before ordering, to confirm the same.
What if we are not satisfied with the product or service given by Panchatatva?
Any disputes as regards to delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of product/services availed of, must be addressed in writing to Panchatatva on the postal address listed in the contact us page. Our team of experts will look into the matter and try to resolve/explain/justify the same. *In the event of a failure to resolve the issue by any or both of the parties, then all disputes relating to this if needed shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
